Unsubscribe process: any subscriber who gave you its personal details (wether by registration, subscription or participation…) must be able to unsubscribe. In that case you will be in charge of destroying all file saved which contains personal data.
The collect, the data processing and the use of the details gathered must respect the legal prescriptions in force in the country concerned
Any commercial communication by SMS, EMS, MMS, or Email must be clear and the price must be mentioned when the message is a purchase incentive.
Misleading advertisements, inaccurate and/or hazy ones are not allowed
In case of transfer, rent, or sell of database, the new “owner” is in charge of the control for the right conduct of end user’s details.
Atrait Technologies can forbid, and unsubscribe any user who doesn’t respect the previous rules or the one who cannot justify its sending according to our professional ethics

According to the law (Informatics and freedom) number78-17 6 January 1978, the right of participant to oppose, modify, correct, delete one’s information.
